Parish Councils are financed through the Precept, set every year and collected from residents as part of our Council Tax. It’s up to BPC and residents how this is spent. Parish Councils are obliged to publish annual accounts and audits.

See the Notice of Conclusion of Audit (pdf opens in new tab). The audit of accounts for the year ended March 31st 2025 has been completed and the accounts have been published. The Annual Governance and Accountability is available for inspection; contact Bobs Damerell (Parish Clerk and Responsible Financial Officer) or drop in to the Parish Office in Brill Memorial Hall on Mondays and Tuesdays, 9.30am to 11.30am.
